TO JAMES BAY BY FRIDAY MORNING. AS THAT OCCURS...IT WILL DRAG A COLD
FRONT AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY
NIGHT. IN ITS WAKE...A 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE OVER
