TUESDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL LIFT SLOWLY OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES
BY WEDNESDAY MORNING WHILE FILLING TO 29.7 INCHES. EXPECT THIS LOW
TO STALL OVER UPPER MICHIGAN ON WEDNESDAY AS ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM OVER THE OHIO VALLEY OF 29.4 INCHES DEEPENS TO 29.1 INCHES
WHILE LIFTING TO LOWER MICHIGAN. EXPECT THE LOW OVER MICHIGAN TO
CONTINUE DEEPENING TO 28.6 INCHES BY THE TIME IT REACHES NORTHERN
