TEMPERATURES IN THE 90S...MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES OF
AROUND 15 PERCENT...WITH BREEZY CONDITIONS COULD CREATE FIRE
WEATHER CONCERNS ACROSS WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA ON SATURDAY.
