TO NEAR 30 KNOTS...FREQUENT CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING STRIKES AND
HEAVY RAINFALL REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A MILE CAN BE
EXPECTED WITH STORMS.
