SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY
BUILDING WAVES TO HEIGHTS THAT WILL POSE A HAZARD TO BOTH
SWIMMERS AND BOATERS.
