STRONG LOW PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO PASS TO THE WEST OF NEW
ENGLAND ON CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY. THE AREA IS EXPECTED
TO SEE AROUND 2 INCHES RAINFALL...WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN WEDNESDAY
NIGHT. SOME FLOODING OF RIVERS AND STREAMS REMAINS POSSIBLE.
