SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON...WITH ISOLATED STRONG STORMS POSSIBLE ALONG A WHARTON
TO HOUSTON LINE. THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE STRONG GUSTY WINDS NEAR
40 MPH AND LOCALIZED HEAVY RAINFALL OF 1 TO 3 INCHES.
