This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Idaho...
North Central Idaho...Central Washington...East Central
Washington...North Central Washington...Northeast Washington and
Southeast Washington.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Warm temperatures, light rain and windy conditions will result in
widespread snow melt at the lower elevations...especially early to
mid week. This in turn will result in rapid rises on area streams
and small rivers. While all of the mountain valley locations will
see rapid snow melt...areas of concern will be the Palouse river
near Potlatch, and the Coeur D`Alene river near Cataldo. Another
area of concern will be on the Waterville Plateau where run-off
will likely cause ponding of water on roadways and running water
on or near secondary roads.
