ROADWAYS...BRIDGES...AND OVERPASSES WILL CREATE VERY HAZARDOUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

TEMPERATURES WILL NOT WARM ABOVE FREEZING UNTIL THURSDAY
AFTERNOON. THEREFORE...HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS MAY PERSIST
