THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 57 NM SOUTHWEST OF EAST BREAKS 228...MOVING
EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
