  WATERS FROM CAPE SHOALWATER WA TO CASCADE HEAD OR FROM 10 TO 60
  NM...

AT 123 AM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SHOWERS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND
ISOLATED LIGHTNING. IN ADDITION, ISOLATED WATERSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE AS
DOPPLER RADAR HAS SHOWN ROTATION IN SEVERAL OF THE SHOWERS. THESE
SHOWERS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR CAPE
SHOALWATER TO 25 NM SOUTHWEST OF COLUMBIA RIVER BUOY 29...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS.

NORTH COVE...OCEAN PARK...OYSTERVILLE...TOKELAND...
COLUMBIA RIVER BUOY 29...CAPE SHOALWATER...LEADBETTER POINT...
KLIPSAN BEACH AND BAY CENTER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
