.STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW HAS DEVELOPED IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT
THAT MOVED THROUGH THE AREA EARLIER TODAY. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
BRIEFLY DECREASE THEN RESTRENGTHEN THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. HAZARDOUS SEAS CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED. WINDS AND SEAS ARE
EXPECTED TO SUBSIDE THROUGH THE DAY MONDAY.
