* WINDS...SOUTH WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON TO 15 TO 25
  KNOTS. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTH AT 15 TO 25 KNOTS TUESDAY
  MORNING AND CONTINUE INTO EARLY TUESDAY EVENING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 2 TO 5 FEET THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE
  THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON. HIGHEST WAVES WILL BE THE FURTHER
  NORTH THIS AFTERNOON BUT WILL BE OVER THE SOUTHERN AREA BY
  TUESDAY AFTERNOON WITH THE WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OR WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
