A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CHST FRIDAY.

A BUILDING NORTH SWELL IS RESULTING IN COMBINED SEAS BETWEEN
9 AND 11 FEET TODAY. SEAS COULD PEAK AS HIGH AS 12 FEET ON
WEDNESDAY BEFORE BEGINNING TO SUBSIDE. SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO
REMAIN ABOVE ADVISORY LEVELS THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

NORTHEAST WINDS OF 20 TO 25 KNOTS OVER TINIAN AND SAIPAN WATERS
ARE EXPECTED TO SPREAD SOUTHWARD AS THE DAY PROGRESSES. THESE
WINDS SHOULD REACH GUAM AND ROTA BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID SAILING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
