CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH THE MARIANAS THE NEXT FEW DAYS, GRADUALLY
DECREASING BEGINNING MONDAY. ROUGHEST SEAS WILL BE IN THE MARIANAS.

GRADUALLY SUBSIDE OVERNIGHT TO BELOW 15 FEET EARLY MONDAY MORNING.
THE DOMINANT SWELL WILL BE A WEST SWELL THROUGH MONDAY. COMBINED SEAS
WILL RISE AGAIN ON TUESDAY AS TROPICAL DEPRESSION 27W PASSES SOUTH OF
GUAM. SEAS WILL THEN DECREASE AGAIN WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

WINDS...WINDS WILL INCREASE TO BETWEEN 15 AND 25 KT EARLY TUESDAY.
WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID SAILING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

RECREATIONAL BOATERS SHOULD REMAIN IN PORT...OR TAKE SHELTER UNTIL
WAVES SUBSIDE. COMMERCIAL VESSELS SHOULD PREPARE FOR ROUGH SEAS AND
CONSIDER REMAINING IN PORT OR TAKING SHELTER IN PORT UNTIL HAZARDOUS
SEAS SUBSIDE.
