ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST UNTIL WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS A LOW PRESSURE
AREA AND AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT PUSH THROUGH THE AREA.
INCREASINGLY ROUGH SEAS WILL ALSO DEVELOP THIS EVENING AND

ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
