  THEN SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO LOWER TO AROUND 4 FEET BY THIS

* AREAS AFFECTED: SMALL CRAFT CONDITIONS FOR SEAS WILL LIMITED TO
  AREAS BEYOND 30 NM FROM SHORE THIS AFTERNOON.
