WINDS TO THE OUTER COASTAL WATERS. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE
NORTHWEST AROUND 20 KNOTS WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS AROUND 25 KNOTS.
SEAS WILL MOSTLY REMAIN 5 FEET OR LESS. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY
