WATERS. STRONGEST WINDS AND STEEPEST SEAS WILL BE IN THE OUTER
COASTAL WATERS NEAR SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND SATURDAY MORNING. WINDS
AND SEAS WILL DIMINISH DURING THE DAY SUNDAY.

* TIMING...THROUGH LATE SATURDAY NIGHT... WITH A POSSIBLE BRIEF
  WEAKENING OF WINDS SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...THE GUSTY WINDS AND ELEVATED SEAS WILL CREATE
