HALF OF AN INCH TO AN INCH AN HOUR. WITH THESE STORMS...EXPECT
WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH...SMALL HAIL AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO
SURFACE LIGHTNING. FLOODING MAY OCCUR AGAIN TONIGHT AS THESE
CURRENT SHOWERS AND STORMS TRACK OVER THE SAME AREAS THAT RECEIVED
