AT 10:29 PM MDT...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO DEVELOP
ACROSS PORTIONS OF HUDSPETH COUNTY AND EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN EL
PASO COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTH. THE
STRONGEST STORMS WERE LOCATED NORTH OF SIERRA BLANCA IN THE SUNSET
RANCHES AREA, AND JUST NORTHEAST OF FORT HANCOCK.

EXPECT ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP CLOSER TO THE I-10
CORRIDOR AND THE RIO GRANDE IN THE NEXT HOUR. SOME AREAS WHICH MAY
BE IMPACTED INCLUDE FORT HANCOCK, SIERRA BLANCA, AND FORT QUITMAN.

LOCALLY TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WILL BE THE MAIN HAZARD FROM THESE
STORMS, ALONG WITH DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
