FOG CONTINUES OVER THE SHEYENNE RIVER BASIN AND MORE FOG HAS STARTED
TO DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY. FOG HAS BEEN DENSE AT
TIMES IN SPOTS...WITH VISIBILITIES DECREASING TO LESS THAN A HALF A
MILE IN THE FARGO/MOORHEAD AREA. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO BE SHORT
LIVED AND VISIBILITIES WILL IMPROVE BY LATE MORNING. MOTORISTS
SHOULD USE CAUTION AND BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING CONDITIONS.
