Through 1130 PM...light to moderate, to occasionally heavy
rainfall will affect areas generally east of a Haskell, to San
Angelo, to Sonora line. In addition to the rain, gusty winds will
accompany some of these storms. Ponding of area roadways will be
common in this area, with rainfall amounts ranging from a few
hundredths to near one quarter of an inch in the next hour or so.
