 * DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING REDUCING VISIBILITY
   TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE TO NEAR ZERO IN SOME AREAS.

 * THE FOG WILL BEGIN TO LIFT DURING THE EARLY MORNING FROM THE
   OHIO BORDER NORTHWARD.
