.AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE SOUTHERN
ROCKY MOUNTAINS PRODUCING WINDY CONDITIONS ACROSS THE REGION.
WEST WINDS WILL HAVE SUSTAINED SPEEDS NEAR 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
TO 50 MPH MAINLY FROM THE MID AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY EVENING.
BLOWING DUST WILL LOWER THE VISIBILITY TO UNDER A MILE OVER A FEW
LOCATIONS CAUSING HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
