THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST MONDAY. THE HIGH
WIND WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 30 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...ISOLATED SNOW SHOWERS COMBINED WITH THE GUSTY WINDS
  WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY IN OPEN COUNTRY. VISIBILITY MAY BE
  BRIEFLY REDUCED TO AROUND ONE HALF MILE.
