VISIBILITIES THROUGHOUT MUCH OF THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ARE
ABOVE 1/4 MILE AND WILL CONTINUE TO IMPROVE INTO THE EARLY
AFTERNOON HOURS AS LOW CLOUDS AND FOG GRADUALLY DISSIPATE.

NONETHELESS...FOG WILL BE DENSE IN A FEW LOCALITIES UNTIL
11 AM AND MOTORISTS SHOULD ANTICIPATE SLOWER TRAVEL IN THESE
AREAS.
