* IMPACTS...THE STRONG WINDS COULD LEAD TO DIFFICULT TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. SCATTERED TREE
  AND POWER LINE DAMAGE IS ALSO POSSIBLE.
