...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 6 PM PST
TUESDAY...

* WIND...Increasing from the southeast at 20 to 35 mph with
  gusts near 45 mph.

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...San Juan Island, Whidbey Island, and
  Port Townsend.

* TIMING...Winds will pick up about midmorning Tuesday and then
  peak during the early afternoon. Expect the winds to diminish
  into the 15 to 25 mph range by late Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Winds this strong can snap small tree branches and
  cause brief power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 30 to 39 mph and/or gusts of
45 to 57 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra
caution.
