.ANOTHER PACIFIC FRONT IS FORECAST TO BRING STRONG SOUTHERLY
WINDS TO THE CENTRAL VALLEY AND SIERRA FOOTHILLS WEDNESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY EVENING. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN THE NORTHERN
SACRAMENTO VALLEY AND NORTHEAST FOOTHILLS BY LATE WEDNESDAY
MORNING, WITH THE BAND OF STRONG WINDS MOVING SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE
SACRAMENTO VALLEY AND INTO THE NORTHERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AND
MOTHER LODE, LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
