WIND WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING.

* TIMING AND MAIN IMPACT: WINDS WILL INCREASE IN SPEED AS A STRONG
  UPPER LEVEL LOW MOVES ACROSS THE AREA POSSIBLY BRINGING
  SUSTAINED WINDS OVER 35 MPH AND GUSTS OVER 58 MPH.

* WINDS: WINDS WILL REMAIN POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS THROUGH THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS: TRAVEL WILL BECOME DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES
  AND VEHICLES TOWING TRAILERS. THESE HIGH WINDS WILL ALSO CREATE
  HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION.
