...WIND ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in Topeka has cancelled the Wind
Advisory.

Southerly wind will increase to 15 to 25 MPH with some gusts to
near 40 during the mid morning hours across east central Kansas,
but will decrease towards noon.
