SATURDAY.

* TIMING...WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE LATE THIS MORNING...PEAK
  THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...THEN DECREASE SATURDAY
  AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 35 TO 45 MPH
  BECOMING WEST TO NORTHWEST SATURDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DIFFICULT DRIVING
  CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH-PROFILE VEHICLES. THIS INCLUDES
  INTERSTATES 15 AND 40 THROUGH SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY. LOOSE OR
  UNSECURED OBJECTS AND TEMPORARY STRUCTURES MAY BE BLOWN AWAY OR
