.Synopsis... Surface high pressure will remain far NE of the area
through the period. Post-Tropical Cyclone Fernanda is expected to
enter the area from the E early Sunday, then dissipate to a trough by
Monday as it tracks W. The trough will move W of the area Tuesday
night. An upper-level trough will support the development of a few
thunderstorms through at least Monday.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-

.TONIGHT and SUNDAY...East winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind waves
3 to 6 feet. East swell 3 to 5 feet. Scattered showers.
.SUNDAY NIGHT through MONDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Wind
waves 3 to 5 feet. East swell 3 to 5 feet. Scattered showers.
.TUESDAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots...except East winds 10 to 15 kt
Kauai waters. Wind waves 3 to 6 feet. East swell 3 to 4 feet.
Scattered showers.
