.SYNOPSIS...1014 MB LOW PRES CENTERED NEAR 28N89W WITH
STATIONARY FRONT EXTENDING E ACROSS THE NORTHERN WATERS AND A
COLD FRONT EXTENDING SW TO JUST S OF TAMPICO MEXICO LATE THIS
MORNING. THE LOW WILL DRIFT E ACROSS THE FAR NORTHERN WATERS
THROUGH SUN LATE WITH ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT EXTENDING FROM
THE NE WATERS TO NEAR TUXPAN MEXICO...THEN WILL STALL AND
GRADUALLY DISSIPATE EARLY MON. SOUTHERLY RETURN FLOW WILL
DOMINATE MOST OF THE GULF REGION LATE MON AHEAD OF THE NEXT COLD
FRONT FORECAST TO ENTER THE NW GULF WATERS TUE. THIS FRONT IS
FORECAST TO EXTEND FROM THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE TO THE CENTRAL BAY
OF CAMPECHE TUE NIGHT...FROM THE FLORIDA BIG BEND TO THE EASTERN
BAY OF CAMPECHE WED...AND WILL MOVE EAST OF AREA LATE WED. GALE
