...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 6PM SATURDAY FOR THE
EAST CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST PLAINS DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW
HUMIDITY...

.Very dry and windy conditions will through the remainder of the
afternoon over the east central plains where another round of
critical conditions will continue to develop. Saturday will see
continued dry conditions coupled with high winds over the east
central and northeast plains during the afternoon hours.

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT SATURDAY AFTERNOON...
...RED FLAG WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 6 PM MST THIS EVENING...

* AREA AND TIMING...East Central Plains this afternoon and
  Saturday afternoon.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...Today West to northwest 20 to 35 mph with
  gusts to 45 mph. Saturday southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to
  40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values of 10 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the
