THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY FOR THE WESTERN OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND THE WESTERN AND
SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS PANHANDLE...

* Affected Area...In Oklahoma...Cimarron. In Texas...Dallam and
  Hartley.

* 20 Foot Winds...Southwest to west winds 15 to 20 mph with 25 to
  35 mph gusts.

* Relative Humidity...10 to 15 percent. RFTI categories 1 to 2.

* Timing...Elevated to possibly marginally critical fire weather
  conditions are expected to begin around noon CST Saturday
  afternoon and end around 7 PM CST Saturday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
