.NEAR RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURES AND VERY LOW HUMIDITY IS EXPECTED
THIS AFTERNOON. GUSTY WEST WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST AND
INCREASE AS A STRONG COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE AREA.

HIGHS WILL BE IN THE 70S TO AROUND 80...WITH MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES NEAR 15 PERCENT. WEST WINDS WILL BE
20 TO 30 MPH AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD FRONT. WINDS WILL SHIFT
TO THE NORTHWEST BEHIND THE COLD FRONT...WITH GUSTS OF 50 TO 60
MPH LIKELY. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

THE COMBINATION OF DRY FUELS...LOW HUMIDITY...GUSTY WINDS...AND
