A COLD FRONT EXTENDS SOUTHWESTWARD FROM NORTHEAST OF MINAMI TORI
SHIMA THROUGH 25N157E TO WEST OF THE NORTHERN CNMI AT 20N142E...THEN
CONTINUES AS A SHEAR LINE TO END NEAR 19N130E. CLOUDINESS AND RAIN
ARE SEEN ALONG AND UP TO 150 MILES NORTHWEST OF THE FRONT. PATCHY
CLOUDS AND SHOWERS ARE FOUND ALONG AND UP TO 200 MILES NORTH OF THE
SHEAR LINE. CONVERGING WINDS SOUTH OF THE FRONT ARE PRODUCING
SCATTERED SHOWERS NORTHWEST AND NORTH OF WAKE ISLAND WITHIN 100 MILES
OF A LINE FROM 17N150E TO 25N166E.

MODEST DIVERGENT FLOW ALOFT IS ENHANCING CONVECTION NEAR A SERIES OF
TRADE-WIND DISTURBANCES ACROSS MICRONESIA. THIS CONVECTION IS
OCCURRING SOUTHWEST OF POHNPEI BETWEEN 4N AND 7N FROM 153E TO 157E...
AND JUST EAST OF KOSRAE WITHIN 90 MILES OF A LINE FROM 3N164E TO
7N165E. SIMILAR CONDITIONS ARE ALSO PRESENT SOUTHEAST OF YAP WITHIN
85 MILES OF A LINE FROM 4N138E TO 6N148E...AND SOUTHWEST OF KOROR
BETWEEN 4N AND 6N FROM 130E TO 134E.
