  LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS 34 KNOTS
  OR GREATER...LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 20 NM NORTHEAST OF
  TORTUGAS ECOLOGICAL RESERVE NORTH TO PULASKI SHOAL LIGHT...MOVING
  EAST AT 5 KNOTS.
