NIGHT AND FRIDAY. IN ADDITION...THE FIRST SNOWFALL OF THE SEASON
IS POSSIBLE EAST OF U.S. 83 AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 2. THIS INCLUDES
THE CITIES OF MOHALL...BOTTINEAU...ROLLA... TOWNER...AND RUGBY.
THERE IS UNCERTAINTY IN TERMS OF HOW MUCH SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE...
BUT SEVERAL INCHES ARE POSSIBLE. VISIBILITIES COULD BE REDUCED IN
SNOW.
