...Gusty outflow winds will affect Hutchinson, Newton and other
locations north of Wichita through 9 pm...

Cooler, outflow winds from thunderstorms across central Kansas
will move south into parts of south central Kansas through sunset.
North winds at 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph will occur behind
this outflow boundary, moving across Reno, Harvey and southern
Marion counties. Some of these gusty winds may affect northern
Kingman county and northern Sedgwick county by sunset. Little if
any rainfall is expected to accompany these gusty winds with some
blowing dust possible.
