POINT CASWELL...OR ABOUT 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF LELAND...MOVING NORTH
AT 40 MPH.

SOME LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE BURGAW...CARVERS...COUNCIL...CRUSOE
ISLAND...CURRIE...DELCO...FREEMAN...KELLY...LAGOON...LAKE WACCAMAW...
LONG CREEK AND MALPASS CORNER.

HAZARDS INCLUDE...
GUSTY WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH.

HEAVY RAINFALL AND MINOR FLOODING.

THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL...WHICH WILL CAUSE MINOR
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS INCLUDING DITCHES...CREEKS...ROADWAYS AND
AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE. AVOID THESE AREAS AND DO NOT CROSS FLOODED
ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD ALSO REDUCE DRIVING SPEEDS TO AVOID
HYDROPLANING.
