SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS...

RECENT RAINS...LIGHT WINDS...AND ABUNDANT LOW LEVEL MOISTURE HAS
LED TO THE FORMATION OF FOG EARLY THIS MORNING OVER PORTIONS OF
CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS. TRAVELERS SHOULD USE CAUTION AS
VISIBILITIES WILL VARY CONSIDERABLY OVER SHORT DISTANCES AND COULD
FALL BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES. THE FOG SHOULD BURN
OFF BY MID MORNING.
