THE WIDESPREAD SNOW AND RAIN THAT FELL ACROSS THE ARKLAMISS TODAY HAS
CAUSED AREAS OF STANDING WATER ON ROADWAYS TONIGHT. WITH TEMPERATURES
FALLING BELOW FREEZING OVERNIGHT...AREAS OF BLACK ICE MAY FORM
PRIMARILY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASS BUT ALSO SOME ROADWAYS. TEMPERATURES
SHOULD BEGIN TO WARM ABOVE FREEZING ACROSS MOST OF THE AREA BY MID
MORNING.

MOTORIST THAT MUST DRIVE TONIGHT SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION AND TRAVEL
AT LOWER SPEEDS.
