NORTH CENTRAL PLAQUEMINES PARISHES...

AT 241 AM CST...RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES NORTHEAST OF POINTE A LA HACHE
TO NEAR PORT SULPHUR. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
PORT SULPHUR AND EMPIRE.

THESE STORMS MAY INTENSIFY...SO BE CERTAIN TO MONITOR LOCAL RADIO
