...PATCHES OF DENSE FOG DEVELOPED DURING THE EARLY MORNING...

JUST AFTER 6 AM...PATCHES OF DENSE FOG WERE LOCATED OVER PARTS
OF THE SOUTHWEST PIEDMONT AND SANDHILLS FROM THE WADESBORO AREA
EAST THROUGH FAYETTEVILLE. VISIBILITIES WERE FREQUENTLY NOTED TO
BE AROUND A HALF-MILE...WITH SOME LOCATIONS REPORTING A VISIBILITY
AROUND A QUARTER-MILE. WHEN DRIVING THIS MORNING...BE PREPARED FOR
RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY. IF DENSE FOG IS ENCOUNTERED...SLOW
DOWN AND USE ONLY LOW-BEAM HEADLIGHTS. KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE
BETWEEN YOUR VEHICLE AND THE ONE IN FRONT OF YOU.
