LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING TO THE WEST WILL RESULT IN WINDS BECOMING
PREDOMINANTLY SOUTH TO SOUTHEASTERLY, HOWEVER SPEEDS WILL ONLY TOP
OUT BETWEEN 10 AND 20MPH. OTHERWISE, TEMPERATURES WILL BE ABOUT 10
DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE TODAY WITH HIGHS IN THE 50S. PRECIPITATION
WILL MOVE INTO WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA TUESDAY ASSOCIATED WITH A SYSTEM
THAT WILL MOVE MAINLY SOUTH OF THE FORECAST AREA. ASIDE FROM SOME
LIGHT RAINFALL AMOUNTS ACROSS OUR WEST RIVER COUNTIES, THIS SYSTEM
WILL LEAVE THE MAJORITY OF THE FORECAST WITH LITTLE ACTUAL MOISTURE.
