A COLD FRONT SWEEPING ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES...WILL GENERATE SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN TODAY. THE COLD FRONT
WILL EVENTUALLY EXIT EAST OF THE STATE TONIGHT...ALLOWING COOLER AIR
TO FILTER BACK INTO THE GREAT LAKES TO START THE WORK WEEK.

A WEAK STORM SYSTEM ROTATING UP INTO HUDSON BAY MONDAY AND TUESDAY...
WILL GENERATE ANOTHER PERIOD OF COOL LATE SUMMER TEMPERATURES AND
SCATTERED AFTERNOON SHOWERS...ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN THROUGH
WEDNESDAY.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY...WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 60S NORTH TO THE
LOWER 80S SOUTH.

LOWS TONIGHT WILL BE COOL...RANGING FROM THE 40S NORTH...TO THE 50S
SOUTH.

HERE IS THE HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK FOR EASTERN UPPER AND NORTHERN
LOWER MICHIGAN.

PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING ACROSS NORTHERN
MICHIGAN...LOCALLY REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER
MILE.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN TODAY.
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG AND SOUTH OF M-32 FROM LATE
MORNING THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THE PRIMARY THREATS WILL BE WIND
GUSTS TO 60 MPH AND HAIL TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER.
