NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KY
348 PM CDT THU AUG 21 2014

HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT AND
INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.

LIGHT WINDS, COMBINED WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE MIDDLE AND UPPER
90S AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AT OR ABOVE 40 PERCENT, WILL MAKE
IT FEEL LIKE 100 TO 110 DEGREES OUTSIDE. THE DANGEROUS HEAT AND
HUMIDITY WILL BE MOST NOTICEABLE FROM MIDDAY AND INTO THE EARLY
EVENING HOURS.

A SMALL CHANCE FOR SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS WILL RETURN TO MOST OF
THE AREA BEGINNING NEXT TUESDAY. HOWEVER, MOST LOCATIONS WILL
LIKELY SEE THE CONTINUATION OF HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS THROUGH
THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
