HIGH PRESSURE AT THE SURFACE AND IN THE UPPER LEVELS OF THE
ATMOSPHERE WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE HOT AND MOSTLY DRY WEATHER
ACROSS THE AREA. DUE TO MOIST AIR AT THE SURFACE A FEW SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE EACH AFTERNOON, BUT MOST WILL REMAIN DRY.
BY THE WEEKEND TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB TO NEAR THE CENTURY MARK. THE
SUMMER PATTERN CONTINUES NEXT WEEK. SOME COMPUTER MODELS ARE SHOWING
A WEAK FRONT PUSHING INTO NORTH TEXAS BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK WHICH
COULD LEAD TO A FEW SHOWERS.
