MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF HILO...HAWAII. GRADUAL DEVELOPMENT OF THIS
AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE
OF DAYS AS ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS BECOME MORE CONDUCIVE DURING ITS
SLOW PROGRESSION TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST.
