  MORNING AND PERSISTING UNTIL THIS EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE-HALF INCH UP
  TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED.

* WINDS / VISIBILITY...WINDS GUSTING FROM 40 TO 50 MPH WILL CAUSE
  AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. IN ADDITION...AREAS OF POOR
  VISIBILITY BELOW ONE-HALF MILE ARE EXPECTED. TREE BRANCHES
  COULD FALL AS WELL.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITY AND HAZARDOUS ROAD CONDITIONS...
